Tea Yoga, consisting of tea facial steam and Yoga, is a way of mental and physical cultivation, for the inner peace and bodily health. It involves breathing concentration, meditation and physical exercises, and has deep roots in the philosophies and practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism.

Technically, Tea Yoga starts from tea facial steam, with yoga afterwards. Tea steam opens the skin’s pores while deeply cleansing and rejuvenating the skin. With breathing concentration and meditation, it also helps to soothe, tranquilise and purify the mind. Then through exercise, breathing and meditation, yoga controls the body and mind to further harmonise the inner spirit with the environment, achieving enlightenment and deep tranquility.
