Then two middle fingers separate, and focus the mind onto all the fingers. Then the two hands sliding down along the two sides of the neck, to the chest, and the two middle fingers touch each other. Focus your mind onto the two middle fingers. Keep the two elbows in the level position, do not let them go down. Let the two hands slide downward to your neck.
