 Before doing tea yoga, we should prepare a quiet and clean room. It's usually good to have such a space in our home. There should be fresh air that could go through, but shouldn'​t be cold. In the same way, we also prepare well with our inner environment.  The arrangement of the room is in harmony with the soundings and people inside. In the same way, doing tea yoga is part of our daily life, and being in harmony with other things in our life. We understand that the environment of outside and inside influence each other and affect the general quality of the life. Being in harmony and balanced, Zhong (中) and He (和) are important concepts in Chinese traditional philosophy. The arrangement of the room is in harmony with the soundings and people inside.
